Raman Naidu is a passionate educationist, a continuous learner, and a life coach whose mission is to ensure that every student passing out from his institutions achieves success and excels in life. He believes in a growth mindset and actively promotes this philosophy across his organization.
His journey as an educationist began in 1998 while pursuing engineering at NIT Warangal. After working with leading software companies such as D. E. Shaw and Tata Consultancy Services, he chose to leave a lucrative IT career to follow his passion for education and youth empowerment.

Dr. Balaraju Naidu is a highly accomplished orthopedic surgeon dedicated to delivering advanced and innovative healthcare solutions. He specializes in robotic joint replacement surgery and has completed prestigious fellowships in Modena and Milan (Italy), Cardiff (UK), Tubingen (Germany), and Lyon (France).
His expertise includes hip and knee joint replacement, computer navigation surgery, and peri-prosthetic fracture fixation.
He completed the Advanced Management Programme for Healthcare (AMPH) at the Indian School of Business (ISB). As the Founder, CEO, and Managing Director of ONUS Hospitals, he leads a multidisciplinary team focused on robotic and computer-assisted orthopedic care, ensuring superior patient outcomes and quality of life.
