- Alternatively, take 900 mg of diosmin and 100 mg of hesperidin twice daily for three days.
- Another regimen involves taking diosmin 600 mg three times a day for four days, followed by Diosmin 300 mg twice daily for ten days, along with psyllium 11 grams a day.
Prevention of Recurrence of Internal Hemorrhoids:
- Take diosmin 450 mg plus hesperidin 50 mg twice daily for three months.
Treatment of Leg Wounds due to Blood Flow Issues (Venous Stasis Ulcers):
- Use a combination of 900 mg of diosmin and 100 mg of hesperidin daily for up to two months.
